GKE is a recently established company dedicated to investing time, money, and intellectual property into remediating existing and developing new Data Centers.

GKE Inc is investing in a high density data center being built at the South Jersey Technology Park at Rowan University and are looking for managed services providers who require high quality space in early 2013.

The data center will total 200,000 square feet and will be leasable in 10,000 square foot pods. All electrical, cooling, and emergency power will be provided by landlord. No capital outlay required for entry. 30 Communications vendors will be available on opening day. Basic monitoring services provided in lease, extended monitoring services are available.

Located near Philadelphia the building will be powered by a gas steam turbine cogeneration facility located in the same technology park. Pods are capable of up to 8MW of power which equates 16kW per rack or 600 watts per square foot.

All infrastructure has been designed to be concurrently maintainable with electrical being built out to 2n levels.

Security is of paramount importance to your clients as it is to us so the facility will have full video monitoring, biometric and card access, security guards, and is a gated facility.
