Bothell Data Services is a new breed of Data Center/Colocation facility located just north of Seattle in Bothell, Washington.
Bothell Data Services has the ability to accommodate almost any customer hosting solution regardless of space, power, networking or bandwidth requirements. Whether you are customer in need of reliable colocation or a data center in need of additional space, we can easily provide for your needs. The Bothell Data Center location at Monte Villa Farms was selected because of its natural attributes. An abundance of available power, location outside of the floodplain (FEMA) and outside of the Seattle core earthquake liquefaction zone (US Geological Survey), and close proximity to multiple fiber providers make it ideal for the build out of a data center. We engaged the professionals at McKinstry and Cochran utilizing their experience in data center build outs. Leveraging their expertise, we have a facility built professionally with redundant systems destined to become the most attractive co-location facility in the Northwest.
The facility is serviced by the Snohomish County PUD, which is a separate power grid from Seattle. The facility has the potential to power up to 100,000 square feet of data center space. We are a carrier neutral facility with multiple providers, diverse paths from the facility and a transport connection to the Westin, and the facility has a fully secure and segregated meet-me-room. We offer full security, including cameras and key card access, a Vesda air sampling system and pre-action sprinklers, remote hands assistance available, backup generators and UPS.
