Our story at 151 Front Street West goes back to 2005, and we have been here since. A second location at 1 Yonge Street ran alongside us from 2015 until it was decommissioned in 2025. Clients who called 1 Yonge home chose to continue with us at 151 Front, stepping into a newer, more capable facility built for what comes next.
TOR1 sits on the 3rd floor and has been our primary colocation suite since 2005. It gives your hardware direct access to over 400 carriers, cloud providers, and the Toronto Internet Exchange right inside the building. TOR2 opened on the 6th floor in 2025, built for high-density compute and the infrastructure demands of the next decade. Both suites are privately interconnected, making them a natural fit for replication, failover, and workload balancing.
The facility runs on reliable power with diesel backup generators, N+1 UPS systems, and enough on-site fuel to keep things running for a full week. Cooling is handled through Enwave's deep lake water system drawn from Lake Ontario, paired with hot and cold aisle containment. Racks support up to 15kW per cabinet.
Security is handled around the clock with on-site personnel, advanced CCTV, biometric access controls, and rack-level authentication. Client workspaces, storage, staging areas, and shipping and receiving are all available on-site.
We offer colocation in Per U, Quarter Rack, Half Rack, and Full Rack configurations with transparent, all-inclusive pricing and no long-term contracts. We also guarantee to beat any comparable colocation quote by 10%.
